TRR-Presentation

On May 12th, 2023 at 14:00, Igor Ulitsky from the Weizmann Institut of Science will present his research on “Functions and modes of action of cis-acting long noncoding RNAs“ within our TRR 267. Igor Ulitsky will be visiting Phillip Grote´s Group in Frankfurt. His talk we be hybrid to also allow the non-Frankfurt people to join. The Methods Seminar for PhD students and postdocs will be continued at 24th of April at 4 pm.

For our next SFB Webinar on Monday, June 20th at 4 pm, we could win Piero Carninci  from RIKEN Centre for Integrative Medical Sciences in Yokohama (Japan) to give a presentation on “Biological regulation by non-coding RNAs and non-coding genome“.

Lecture

Prof. Dr. David Bartel from MIT Department of Biology (Cambridge MA, USA) will be offering a lecture on “Regulation of mRNA Translation and Decay” on May 17th, 16:00-17:30 h.
